We treat all Client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties unless:

  • The Client provides written consent
  • It is already publicly available through lawful means
     

7. Payments and Fees

  • Fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
  • Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur statutory interest in accordance with EU law.
     

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is error-free or fit for a specific purpose.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project.
     

9. Website Use

10. Governing Law
